Customization & Processing Time

All of our Raw/Virgin human hair is customized in our factory and prepared exclusively for each client. Our hair is never mass-produced or pre-stocked, allowing us to maintain superior quality and consistency.
Please allow 2–3 business days for customization and processing prior to shipment.

Shipping Time

Once customization is complete, orders are shipped within 5–8 business days. Delivery timelines may vary based on your selected shipping option and location.
